Terms & Conditions — dki4d

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published by dki4d:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the dki4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesia at the time of play;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law;
• You do not hold an existing active Account on the dki4d Platform (whether under the same or a different identity);
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the dki4d Platform or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not employed by dki4d, its subsidiaries, game studio partners, payment processing partners, or any other entity in a position that could create a conflict of interest;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

dki4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access the Services, you must complete the dki4d registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are required to provide, at a minimum:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid and active Indonesian mobile phone number;
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• Your date of birth;
• Your residential address in Indonesia;
• Your chosen username and a secure password.

By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. dki4d shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal from your Account can be processed, you are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID / KTP or Passport) and, where requested, supporting proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months). dki4d may request additional documentation at any stage. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.

One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on dki4d. If dki4d identifies that a single individual holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — all duplicate Accounts will be immediately suspended. Any Balance or Bonus Funds held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at dki4d's sole discretion.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your own actions and your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify dki4d Support immediately at [email protected].

Currency. All transactions on the dki4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dki4d does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported Indonesian payment methods.

Supported Payment Methods. dki4d currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The availability of individual payment methods may change without prior notice due to technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons. A current list of supported payment options is always displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time. dki4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. dki4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, or where additional verification is required. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set out in the Cashier section.

Withdrawal Ownership. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the dki4d Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dki4d reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting bank statements or additional identity documents.

dki4d offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

1. Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible Players who meet the age and residency requirements set out in Clause 2. Certain promotions may be restricted to new registrants only or to Players within a specified Account tier.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of those funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
4. Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
5. Abuse Prevention: dki4d reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of exploitation of promotional offers. This includes the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
6. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain in your Account and wagering requirements are outstanding, a maximum single-bet limit of Rp 200.000 per round applies across all game types unless a different limit is specified in the promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
7. Seasonal Promotions: dki4d may run special promotions timed around Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific eligibility and wagering terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

dki4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who are found to be in breach of these bonus terms may have their entire Account Balance and Bonus Funds suspended pending investigation.

All sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, and other gaming activity on the dki4d Platform is subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at dki4d's sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your Account Balance. A bet slip displayed on screen does not constitute a confirmed bet until this confirmation is received.
• Odds and Pricing: Sports betting odds, including Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay (accumulator) odds, are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. dki4d reserves the right to correct any odds that are published as a result of a technical error or human error, and any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• Void Bets: dki4d may void any bet in the event of a clear pricing error, an event cancellation, force majeure, or other circumstances that render the original bet void under standard industry practice. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Player's Account Balance.
• Results and Disputes: Game results and sports event outcomes are final once determined by the relevant official body or game system. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, dki4d's decision — having reviewed available data including server logs and game provider records — shall be final and binding.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Current payout limits are specified within the respective game or betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum amount.
• Integrity and Fair Play: dki4d uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology across all casino and slot games, independently audited for compliance with internationally recognized fairness standards. Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or exploit game mechanics will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

dki4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible through your Account settings at any time, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. We strongly encourage all Players to make use of these tools and to set personal limits that reflect their individual financial circumstances.

dki4d applies a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in that Account will be returned to the deposit source after any applicable transaction fees.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dki4d Platform. Engagement in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to dki4d immediately rather than taken advantage of;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting across promotions, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Using the Platform in a way that harasses, abuses, or threatens dki4d staff or other Players;
• Charging back a deposit through your bank or payment provider after placing wagers with those funds.

All content published on the dki4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data structures, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of dki4d or its licensed content providers and game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorization from dki4d.

The dki4d name, logo, and associated brand marks are the exclusive property of dki4d. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dki4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data;
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond dki4d's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications services;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or internet infrastructure failures.

Where dki4d's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dki4d makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

Closure by You. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dki4d Support. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds must be settled, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal processing times.

Closure by dki4d. dki4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass KYC or AML verification;
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• Evidence that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 2;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is closed by dki4d due to breach of these Terms, dki4d reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or AML concerns are involved, to withhold the real-money Balance pending investigation and any required regulatory reporting.

dki4d operates under an international gaming license issued by a recognized offshore gaming jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dki4d holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with dki4d Support will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by contract.

dki4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dki4d will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file, via an in-Platform notification, or by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. dki4d recommends that you revisit this page whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.
